The staff were amazingly nice, affable. It offered terrific service and outstanding food too.

Loved the room with a great shower, my bed was extremely comfy.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were chatty.

The room was decent, but the pillows were quite lumpy.

The units are spotless with a comfortable bed.

It is a beautifully decorated property located in Cardiff Outskirts district adjacent to good cafes in Pontcanna, MOST TOURIST ATTRACTIONS, and Bute Park which is a nice cut through to get to the main bars/shop area. Make sure to get family room with good continental breakfast included, an enormous TV, as for instance.

Noisy environment!!! Frequent disturbances from neighboring rooms due to poor soundproofing, and bathroom fixtures could use simplification for practical use!!! The location doesn't compensate for these discomforts and inconveniences!!!

It's a nice hotel for one or two nights.

The hotel was an easy base for enjoying a very quite area, just next door to shops as well as nice eateries. The location was magnificent and the room was clean. I was happy to find Bully's Restaurant, it was not too far from the venue and served nice food. I had 1 lovely day here, would recomand the place.

The family room offered ample space for our group, easily accommodating four people without feeling cramped. Freshly brewed tea and coffee stocked up in the room were a nice touch that kept us going through the shopping trip.

A few design quirks dampened the experience. For starters, the shower lacked a door, leading to a flooded floor after use. The WiFi was patchy, relying on a generic service that barely reached our room, a hassle for planning our daily adventures. The breakfast options felt limited-no cooked selections, which left one guest in our party longing for a proper English breakfast after the first morning.

The room was really nice, comfy bed and the shower was the best! Staff were super polite and brekky was first class. The location is fab, just a nice 20 min walk to the central cardiff.

the only downside was that check-in was only till 9pm and there was some noise from downstairs in the morning when deliveries came.

My kids wished for more breakfast options beyond the typical items. A yogurt or fruit choice would be great for families.

The Beverley By Innkeeper'S Collection is beautifully decorated, with its charming ambiance and accessibility features making it easy for seniors like me to navigate. I particularly enjoyed the comfy seating areas.

More comfortable lounge seating would be appreciated.

You can't beat the breakfast here-locally sourced and as tasty as a Cardiff ragu! Plus, the family room was lush and super tidy, right? Talk about a great welcome, too!

I had a pleasant stay at The Beverley while exploring Cardiff. The spacious room impressed me, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. Unfortunately, noise disturbances from the pub below disrupted my sleep at times, but overall, it was a nice experience.
